……..and read some things we think you should know!
(Bigger Isn’t Always Better)
1.) Yes there are large and smaller carpet cleaning companies. Bigger carpet cleaning chains create their own certification guidelines. Smaller carpet companies who are IICRC certified, (yes Fusion CRS is IICRC certified) have detailed and quality driven guidelines to adhere to. Both large and smaller carpet cleaners carry the exact same equipment which is sometimes purchased and sold several times from one company to the next.
(Don’t Fall For Free Scams)
2.) Do NOT believe in all FREE carpet cleaning advertisements. Other service prices can be raised to compensate and high pressure sales tactics will follow. Getting your carpets cleaned shouldn’t be a stressful practice. Relax and let them do the work for you.
(Don’t be afraid to ask questions….being afraid to give you an answer is a red flag)
3.) We were recently asked about hypo-allergenic cleaning solutions. Don’t be afraid to ask about chemicals used. Our solutions are safe for all situations both with carpet cleaning and Tile and Grout Cleaning.
(Dry-Cleaning is only one of many cleaning options you have available to you, but hot water extraction is still the best)
4.) Educate yourself. “Dry-Cleaning” your carpet does leave behind a damp wetness for a period of time and doesn’t clean as thoroughly. Hot water extraction carpet cleaning is the best recommended method for the best results.
(Trust referrals….it’s relied on by quality businesses to gain great reviews from great work)
5.) Trust your family and friends. If they refer a company to you, it’s for a reason. Carpet cleaners appreciate referrals and will often offer some type of discount or acknowledgement for a loyal customer who shares their great experience.
(Quality work doesn’t always have to cost a fortune)
6.) Always ask for discounts and ongoing specials. Ordering pizza has taught us that just because you don’t have a coupon in hand, doesn’t mean there’s not a great deal waiting for you!
